Add on Team Mates to your normal SMALL GROUP CLASS
and work on specific areas.  For example:
Do the Speed/Agility class from 6:30-7:30 pm then add a
half hour Team Mate session to work on a skill like
Offensive lineman blocking technique from 7:30-8:00 pm.
